I'm Sarthi Bhavsar — a Senior Software Developer with a track record of building enterprise-grade systems from the ground up. My work spans full-stack development, complex ERP integrations, and intelligent automation across FMCG, supply chain, and manufacturing domains.
I treat AI as a force multiplier — using it to collapse months of delivery into weeks, generate smarter code, and automate what used to be manual headaches. I've led teams, shipped WMS and MES platforms, and built SAP integrations that never sleep.

Enterprise WMS integrated with ASRS for complex inbound/outbound logistics workflows in FMCG. Built WMS–SAP API integration handling GRN, delivery, and real-time stock sync with CSV fallback for zero-downtime operations.
MES Platform (Manufacturing)
Led end-to-end product development of a Manufacturing Execution System including Energy Monitoring, Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM), and Smart Scheduling Engine. Reduced deployment time from days to hours with Docker pipelines.
Transport Management System
Built a full TMS for truck entry, dock assignment, and bay control. Dynamic truck prioritization using vehicle type, urgency (MSTN), and arrival time — with real-time visibility of queues, docks, and shipments.
AI Automation & Intelligent Bots
Built task-oriented AI bots and n8n workflow automation for internal tooling and documentation. Used AI to analyze logs, optimize SQL queries, generate test cases, and cut delivery cycles from months to weeks.

Where I've
made my mark.
Leading development of enterprise WMS, MES, and TMS platforms for FMCG and manufacturing clients. Architected SAP integrations, containerized deployment pipelines (Docker), and AWS cloud infrastructure. Managed and mentored a team of 5–7 engineers. Contributed to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification. Applied AI tools to cut delivery cycles significantly.
Worked within TCS Foundation's Digital Impact Square initiative, applying technology for social impact. Gained exposure to large-scale enterprise delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration at one of India's largest tech organizations.
Two internship stints (Jan–Apr 2018, Jun–Jul 2019) during engineering. Got hands-on with production codebases, APIs, and warehouse software early — this is where the foundation and the obsession both began.
